Our HBI trainers hold a minimum of 5 years experience in the
ON THE JOB & CLASSROOM TRAINING
In week 4 Pre-Apprentices are placed with employers and begin paid on the job training at a discounted rate of just $10 per hour. During weeks 4-16 apprentices spend 4 days a week with employers for on the job training and 1 day a week in the classroom to continue construction knowledge and soft / life skills training. Our coaches work and communicate with employers, associates, foremen and team leaders to ensure all participants complete the tasks, assignments
Upon successful completion of course work, exams, soft / life skills training and on the job training with employers after 16 weeks, pre-apprentices will graduate with certifications that are nationally recognized by the Department of Labor, HBI and HBA. They are now certified with foundational skills and eligible to work as qualified workers in the building and construction industry.

CHOOSE TO PLACE YOUR PRE-APPRENTICE INTO ONE OF OUR FULL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS IN YOUR TRADE
This is an excellent choice for employers who would like to continue training, education, qualification and career advancement of their pre-apprentices into a nationally certified and recognized full apprenticeship program which results in your apprentice receiving full credentials in their chosen trade.
HIRE YOUR PRE-APPRENTICE FULL TIME THROUGH 327Careers
Employers have the option offer to hire pre-apprentices Full Time within 6 months after graduation of our PACT program.
CHOOSE TO RELEASE YOUR PRE-APPRENTICE TO OUR POOL OF CERTIFIED PRE-APPRENTICES
You may no longer need the extra help for a project or contract. In these cases we will place certified pre-apprentices into full apprenticeships with other employers or have them readily available for the demand of future employer contracts / projects.
